About Parodi Cigars
Parodi Cigars are made in the Dominican Republic by Avanti Cigar Company, the same company that produces Avanti, De Nobili, Ramrod, and Petri. Avanti was founded by the Suraci brothers in 1912 and took over the Parodi cigar business in 1925. Manifatture Sigaro Toscano acquired the company in 2015, while production moved from Pennsylvania to the Dominican Republic in 2022. These machine-made, dry-cured cigars use American tobacco that’s fire-cured for the strong tobacco taste Parodi has been known for over the years.
Parodi Ammezzati and Kings Cigars
Parodi Ammezzati and Kings are two of the brand’s traditional Italian-style cigars, with the biggest difference being their size. Ammezzati are shorter, measuring about 3½ inches, while Kings measure about 4½ inches. Both use American tobacco and Kentucky fire-cured wrappers, with no added flavor. Parodi has also produced other cigars over the years, including Speciale, Economy, and Cherry Vanilla, but Ammezzati and Kings are the two we currently carry here at Bluegrass Tobacco. This brand doesn’t release something new very often, which isn’t surprising considering how long these cigars have been around.
Parodi Cigar Package Options and Sales
Parodi Ammezzati and Kings are available in 10-pack bundles, featuring 5 cigars per pack. Both use the same package setup here at Bluegrass Tobacco, even though the cigars themselves come in different sizes. If you have questions about this brand, its cigars, or packaging, contact us before ordering.
