About Optimo Cigarillos
Optimo Cigarillos are made by Swisher, a Jacksonville, Florida company that also produces Swisher Sweets, Blackstone, King Edward, and several other cigar brands. Optimo dates back to 1886, giving this brand more than 100 years of cigar-making history, while Swisher added it to its cigar portfolio in 1980. These machine-made cigarillos use natural tobacco leaf wrappers and tobacco blends, with current Optimo production tied to Swisher’s Dominican Republic cigar operations. Over the years, Optimo has grown from a traditional cigar brand into a well-known natural-leaf cigarillo line with several flavors and tobacco blends.
Optimo Cigarillo Flavors and Blends
Optimo cigarillo flavors and blends include Blue, Diamond, Grape, Green, Silver, and Sweet. Grape adds grape flavor with a candela wrapper, while Green focuses on the taste and aroma of its green candela leaf. Silver and Diamond are both unsweetened blends, with Diamond made for a more natural tobacco taste. Blue has a sweeter, milder tobacco taste, while Sweet adds extra sweetness to the lineup.
