About Marsh Wheeling Cigars
Marsh Wheeling Cigars are made in the Dominican Republic for Topper Cigar Company, a family-owned cigar company established in 1894 and based in Meriden, Connecticut. Marsh Wheeling has a much longer history, dating back to 1840 when Mifflin Marsh began making stogies in Wheeling, West Virginia. Current Marsh Wheeling cigars include the Rough Cut line, featuring short machine-made cigarillos with Connecticut Broadleaf wrappers and US filler tobacco. Topper also produces its own Topper Cigars, along with several other long-running cigar brands.
Marsh Wheeling Rough Cut Cigar Flavors
Marsh Wheeling Rough Cut cigar flavors include Berry, Classic, Honey Bee, and Sweet Aromatic. Classic focuses on the traditional tobacco blend with no added flavor, while Berry and Honey Bee add two familiar flavors to the lineup. Sweet Aromatic has a sweeter tobacco taste without being named after a specific fruit or dessert flavor. Rough Cut cigars are much smaller than the traditional long Marsh Wheeling stogies that made this brand famous more than a century ago. All four choices use Connecticut Broadleaf wrappers and have the same rough-cut appearance. Marsh Wheeling doesn’t add new Rough Cut flavors often, but we’ll update this page if something new comes along.
