About Backwoods Cigars
Backwoods Cigars are made by ITG Cigars, the same company that produces Dutch Masters, Antonio y Cleopatra, Hav-A-Tampa, and Phillies. Nationally introduced in 1981, Backwoods has more than 40 years of history in the United States, Europe, and Asia. These machine-made cigars feature natural-leaf wrappers and are known for having a rustic appearance and unfinished ends. Over the years, Backwoods has extended its product line to offer several cigar flavors, a premium Select cigar line, limited-edition city-themed releases, and rare, highly anticipated collaborations.
Backwoods Cigar Flavors and Collections
Backwoods cigars come in many flavors, including, but not limited to, Banana, Black Russian, Cognac XO, Dark Stout, Honey, Honey Berry, Honey Bourbon, Russian Cream, Sweet Aromatic, Vanilla, and Wild Rum, alongside Original and Dark Leaf. City-themed releases include LA Aromatic, Atlanta Southern Tea, and Philadelphia’s Broad St. Other cities have come out, such as Detroit, Houston, and Chicago, but they’re only around for a short time, allowing for other cities to be released. In brief, the ones mentioned here will eventually be discontinued as new cities become available, so get’em while they’re hot.
Sweet, Tical, and The Marathon are also among the brand’s newest limited-edition releases. However, as before, these limited-edition flavors really do come and go! As for the original flavors, we carry them year-round, so you can always count on them. Backwoods Select includes Connecticut Special, Honduras 1883, Kentucky Small Batch, Pennsylvania Primo, and Philippines Prestige, with names that identify different tobacco-growing locations. These Select Backwoods have all been out for over a year now, which is much longer than we expected, which means people like them, and they do, as we sell the heck out of them!
Backwoods Cigar Package Options and Sales
Backwoods package options include 8-pack cases with 5 cigars per pack, 10-pack cases with cigars per pack, and 24-count boxes, which come with 24 individually wrapped single cigars. However, Select cigars come in 3-count packs, while the city-themed and all other limited-edition flavors come in 8-pack cases. That said, under federal law in the United States, the minimum legal sales age for all tobacco and nicotine products, including Backwoods Cigars, is 21, with no exceptions. We ID.
